Every Windows update will bring improvements but it will also bring problems. A new Microsoft’s support document, show Bluetooth audio issues caused by this update.

When the affected users trying to connect the computer to a Bluetooth speaker, the Bluetooth speaker will connected to the computer but the audio output will be noisy (bad quality) or the output will be generated from Internal speaker.

After installing latest Windows 10 1903 quality update KB4505903 (July 2019) Intel Bluetooth Adapter was completely removed from system and could not be reinstalled or reactivated

The user also claimed Uninstalling the patch can solve this Bluetooth audio problem (Via Windows Latest) but, Microsoft gives a different solution to solve this Bluetooth audio issues using System file Checker Tool (SFC) to repair missing or corrupted system files :

  1. Open the command console by using administrative authority.
  2. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press Enter:

    sfc /scannow

    Note It may take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
  3. After the process is finished, restart the computer.

Make sure your Windows Defender is up-to-date because the latest update includes fixes for the SFC command.
